I clarify my work schedule changes and when he calls while I’m working I won’t be able to answer. I can’t tell you exactly how many times and dates are set for them to reach and I never obtain a call on these dates, nevertheless they claim that he’s called several times. I really do have 1 voicemail he left. While I had been at work. Go figure.
